Shield’s Asbestos Division Will Provide Services To The Procurement For Housing Compliance Solutions Framework
Procurement for Housing (PFH) was established in 2004 and is a national procurement consortium focussing solely on the social housing sector. PFH is supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. PFH members collectively manage more than 75% of the UK’s social housing stock, with PFH helping them achieve efficiency savings via framework agreements and other mechanisms.
Shield Asbestos Services secured a position on the ‘PFH Compliance Solutions Framework’, covering the following key points:
- Lot 1b Asbestos Removal
- Secured work within all 8 regions that we bid on, securing works that cover all our UK asbestos regional offices
- 3-year framework with the option of extending for a further 12-month period
- Expected expenditure over the period for asbestos up to circa £20m
