March & April’s Employee Of The Month Awards Announced

Employee Of The Month Award Winners Revealed

Fourteen of our Shield colleagues were nominated across our March and April awards, and it’s exciting to see those nominations covering our various divisions and branches.

The March award goes to Amy Forshaw (left, top), our Warrington branch Office Manager.  Amy was nominated by our Branch Manager, Dan Edwards, for working hard over the previous few months to put procedures in place to ensure that SHEQ and building premises information is completed and continually updated.  Dan commented, “The time and effort Amy has put into these tasks were obvious when I completed the most recent Warrington Branch Audit.  Amy is always at hand to answer a question or there to help with a smile on her face, and she is regularly the go-to person. Amy’s dedication to the Branch doesn’t go unnoticed; she is an asset to the team around her.  Thank you Amy for all your help and support.”

Natalie Rankin (left, bottom), Office Manager for Shield Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities Services, is the Employee of the Month for April, having been nominated by colleague, Suzanne Martin.  Suzanne said, “I would like to nominate Natalie as Employee of the Month as she is always at the beck and call to everyone, whether it is answering questions or addressing problems. Natalie is willing to drop her tasks to help others and is also a great person to work alongside.” 

Luke House, Shield Services Group Chairman, stated, “What excellent nominations. Congratulations all around to the nominees, however, there is only one winner for each month this time around. Therefore I would like to congratulate Amy Forshaw and Natalie Rankin for winning Employee of the Month. Thank you for your continued hard work and a massive well done!“
