During August 2023, Shield Marine Services collaborated with P&O cruises on board their flagship ‘Britannia’ to enhance the aesthetics and comfort of the cruise ship’s public spaces, through a comprehensive chair upholstery project.

P&O Britannia, a flagship cruise ship, sought to revamp its public areas to provide passengers with an exceptional onboard experience.

Shield Marine’s upholstery department was appointed to refurbish and reupholster many of the ship’s chairs across various public spaces, including Brodies Bar and The Crow’s Nest lounge. The project aimed to combine style and durability while adhering to stringent maritime regulations.
