Regional Development Co-ordinator
Shield Environmental Services are looking for a new Regional Development Co-ordinator to join our Business Development Team and support our Asbestos, Insulation, Demolition, Scaffolding and Marine Divisions in generating new business opportunities.
Based from our Midlands office the successful candidate with primarily focus on generating new business opportunities throughout the Midlands, London and Wales regions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Targeting potential Clients throughout designated regions of the UK
- Developing and managing a sales database
- Using electronic databases and search programmes to target specific projects
- Organise and attend meetings with new Clients
- Market and competitor research
- Review industry leads and news through media, internet and other resources
- Attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions and supplier networking events
- Attend regular internal Business Development Meetings

Ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to have:
- Excellent organisation and planning skills and ability to show initiative
- Be self-motivated and an excellent team worker
- Good communications skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Full time (Mon – Fri)
Salary: £18,000
