The Shield Asbestos Removal Birmingham branch was contracted by Reactive Maintenance Services, to undertake asbestos removal at Gibbons Industrial Estate in Dudley. Ahead of a full premises refurbishment, the team had to remove and dispose of AIB panels on the warehouse walls & columns.

The warehouse and office unit were undergoing a full refurbishment ahead of being placed on the property market for rental. Shield was appointed as the sole-contractor for works on site.
