Shield’s Bristol, Exeter and Truro Branches Will Provide Services to South West Housing Provider

LiveWest owns and manages over 40,000 homes across the South West, from Cornwall to Gloucestershire, offering homes for affordable rent and shared ownership sale.

LiveWest also builds homes for private sale, the profits from which are then used to provide and build more affordable homes, with the aim of alleviating the region’s housing shortage, including ambitious plans to invest £1bn in the South West economy and build 5,000 new affordable homes in the region over the next five years.

The three-year asbestos removal framework, estimated at £3m, is made up of four lots and comes with the option of a further year.  Shield was involved in the previous framework and has improved its offering to take a prime position in three of the four lots.  All of the works will be managed by our team in Truro.
