Further Local Authority Success for Shield Birmingham

Shield’s Birmingham Branch has been appointed to both the Leicestershire and Staffordshire Frameworks for Asbestos Removals and Remediation

As if to reinforce the decision to expand our Birmingham branch facilities, we have now been informed that we have been awarded contracts to join the asbestos removals and remediation frameworks for both Leicestershire and Staffordshire County Councils. Both contracts run to a maximum of four years and cover all council-owned, non-housing properties.

Richard Begley, Birmingham Branch Manager, commented, “It’s great news, so early in the yea to have won both of the contracts for such significant midlands councils, for a service set that we really excel in.  We can’t wait to start working on the properties”.
