Friday 23rd February, was our first Annual Celebration, this was a new event we planned for 2018 and was organised as a way of saying thank you for everyone’s efforts and to celebrate the 39th year Shield Environmental has been in business.
The evening took place at Bath Racecourse and commenced with a reception where guests had the chance to catch up and then included a three course meal, speeches and awards. We had some wonderful donations by our suppliers for the charity auction and raffle, these raised a total of £2640, the proceeds of which will go towards the British Lung Foundation and the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association. Following this, we had the Blue Lion Band play. The evening ran smoothly and it was great to see people from all over the different Shield branches.
