Shield M&E has worked with The Midas Group for a number of years developing a successful partnership built on shared principles and collaboration.

Working on the City of Bristol College’s Advanced Construction Skills Academy, based in the south of Bristol, with Midas is exciting as the entire project aims to increase the skills of tradespeople across the Construction Industry.

Shield recognise the value the college will bring in both bridging skills gaps and bringing quality tradespeople into the industry. As a business, we understand the important role that apprentices play, and we strive to employ as many as possible, providing them with essential work-based training to enable their development as competent qualified professionals.
