Shield Services Group’s Asbestos Division Has Received a Three-Year (plus one) Contract to Perform Licensed Asbestos Removals for Bristol City Council
Following a rigorous tendering process, Shield Asbestos Services is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to provide our services to Bristol City Council. As a business with its headquarters located in Bristol, it is fantastic to be able to help provide safer environments for those residing and working in our local community, and we will commence those works when the contract starts on the 1st of November 2022.
Paul Lillis, Managing Director of Shield Asbestos Services, commented, “I’d like to say a huge ‘Thank-you’ to all of the team involved with compiling our tender submission for a contract and client that will be key to our business. Our Bristol branch will offer its usual industry-leading service levels to this new, key client of ours. We look forward to establishing the strength of service and relationship that we see we other local authority customers of ours.”
The relationship will be immediately embraced by our Key Accounts Manager, Lauren Sampson, who shared these thoughts, “This was a tender which was essential for us to win, and I am looking forward to bringing Bristol City Council onboard and establishing key working relationships with the client.”
Luke House, Chairman of Shield Services Group, stated, “All of the communities local to our branches are important to us and we have some deep ties to them, but Bristol has the added importance of being home to our head office. I am delighted with the efforts of all of our team that has made this tender process so successful.“
