Last month, the Shield Services Group team came together at our head office to host a Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning and what a fantastic event it was!
The Coffee Morning is part of Macmillan’s nationwide fundraising initiative, helping to raise vital funds for people living with cancer. With plenty of homemade bakes, shop-bought treats, and plenty of cups of coffee shared, our team showed incredible generosity and community spirit throughout the day.
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve already made great progress towards our £500 fundraising target and we’re almost there! Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference in helping Macmillan provide practical, emotional, and financial support to those affected by cancer.
At Shield, giving back to the community is an important part of who we are. We’re proud to support causes that matter, and events like this highlight the positive impact we can make when we come together as a team.
